*No refunds will be provided if the therapists are unable to enter the hotel due to non-compliance with booking guidelines.

*Kindly inform the therapist of any medical conditions, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or known allergies.

*Our massage package prices include transportation fee.

*We accept payment by cash (IDR and Any kind of International major currency ) or Transfer to local bank account (Wise App )

*We require 90 minutes notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment to avoid 35% cancelation fee for a therapist.
